14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. You keep the files. If a template isn't right for you, we'd rather give your money back than have you feel stuck with it.
Who's covered
Every product sold on honestbudget.shop — the spreadsheets, the printable packs and the bundle. The guarantee runs for 14 days from the moment your payment is confirmed.
How to claim
- Email support@honestbudget.shop from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase.
- Write "refund" somewhere in the message. That's the entire process.
- You don't need to explain yourself, fill in a form, or delete the files first.
How long it takes
We approve refund requests within one business day. Stripe returns the money to your original payment method, which typically shows up in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We refund the full amount you paid, including any tax collected.
Digital goods and your statutory rights
Because these are instantly delivered digital products, some jurisdictions allow sellers to exclude the statutory cooling-off period once a download begins. We choose not to rely on that exclusion — our 14-day guarantee applies regardless. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply and this policy does not limit them.
The one exception
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeat buy-and-refund cycles on the same products, or redistribution of the files in breach of the licence terms. This is rare and we'll always explain our reasoning.
Something broken instead?
If a file won't open, a formula misbehaves or a download link has expired, you don't need a refund — you need a fix. Message us and we'll repair it and reissue your download the same day, even after the 14 days are up.
